We recently welcomed Coffin Bay oyster farmer Jedd Routledge to Circa Bar for a gorgeous oyster tasting, the first of a series of producer visits coming up. Jedd together with Sous chef Jake Nicolson freshly shucked his carefully cultivated, hand-selected oysters from the pure waters of the Southern Ocean for very happy guests of Circa bar.
