Events at Circa, the Prince

Frosted glass doors open and close to create one, two or three dining rooms, each with access to a shared balcony overlooking leafy Fitzroy Street and the bay beyond.

Striking Bedouin panels from John van Haandel’s travels across North Africa distinguish one private room from another. And a mix of plush alpaca velvet, low-lustre Belgian linens in shades of grey, and classic yellow floral fabrics bring new life to Thonet chairs, ottomans and banquettes. Add a sumptuous new menu designed by head chef, Jake Nicolson, to craft ales, cocktails, and an award-winning fine wine list selected by sommelier, Matt Brooke, and you’re in for something very special.

Think Kumamoto oysters in finger lime dressing with Billecart Salmon brut rosé, shredded cray sandwiches with Marchand & Burch chardonnay or a melt-in-the-mouth Sher wagyu burger over a cleansing craft ale.
